Beside us, Dongqian Lake's waters glistened, and Fuquan Mountain's bamboo swayed in our vision, creating a picturesque scene of graceful movements on the lake's surface and melodic tunes within the bamboo groves. Beneath the soft radiance of bamboo lanterns, we raised our glasses to the moon and serenaded, "As the warmth gently wanes, the spirit rejuvenates, chuckling with the full moon's embrace of the window frame." It was a night to cherish, a hidden treasure on the shores of Dongqian Lake, all illuminated within the iconic "coil-shaped" lobby of Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa. Friends and family from near and far gathered to indulge in the delectable tastes of the East Sea and Dongqian Lake, as well as the exquisite wines from across the globe. Past and future converged at this moment, allowing us to fully experience the ethereal transition of autumn and savor the present beauty.
此次【美食与美酒】活动，由连续六年荣登黑珍珠餐厅榜单的宁波柏悦酒店【钱湖渔港】中餐厅厨师团队主理，行政副总厨朱巧正先生携手上海柏悦酒店，杭州君悦酒店，宁波湖畔凯悦尚萃酒店三家凯悦集团姊妹酒店，为来宾共同打造江南时令佳肴。
This event of the Masters of Food and Wine was curated by the culinary team of Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa's Chinese restaurant, "Seafood House," a restaurant that has earned a place on the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide for six consecutive years. Chef Zhu Qiaozheng collaborated with Hyatt Centric Lakeside Ningbo, Grand Hyatt Hangzhou, and Park Hyatt Shanghai, three sister hotels within the Hyatt Group, to create seasonal delicacies from the Jiangnan region.

Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa offers a total of 1,312 sq m (14,122 sq ft) of event facilities for premium social events, weddings, meetings, product launches and conferences. To maintain tranquillity for overnight guests and also to amplify the sense of occasion for event attendees, Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa’s freestanding banquet hall has its own private driveway and entrance. A dramatic Chinese courtyard-style foyer has been designed for pre-event drinks, surrounded by a wraparound mezzanine gallery and leading to an outdoor terrace. Adjacent is a 695-sq-m (7,481-sq-ft) pillar-less ballroom with six-metre-high ceilings and a capacity of up to 400 for a banquet or 600 for cocktails. The banquet villa also houses five salons ranging from 50 to 180 sq m (538–1,938 sq ft) in size, some with outdoor terraces, and all featuring the latest audio-visual, sound and lighting equipment. A dedicated team of convention organisers, wedding coordinators, audio-visual technicians, floral designers and entertainment specialists are on hand to ensure every event is a memorable one.

Red was rebuilt from a 700 year old classical temple palace and retains the traditional Chinese red element, while at the same time maintaining a contemporary design with the highest quality. The bar serves spirits, premium wine and Champagne. It is also the perfect venue to host a private party, celebration, conference or meeting. Red is also the carrier of the resort's vegetarian feast.
